I called the Toronto Store for help regarding a chandelier I wanted to purchase for a renovation in the Vancouver area. Jenna was the floor room associate who helped me through the process. She was wonderful to work with and also kept me up to date at regular intervals as to when my order would be shipped with all the tracking info. With Covid shipping delays being an issue for so many customers and businesses these days, having someone who follows thru is so helpful and appreciated. And my order was delivered exactly when Jenna said it would be.

We found the most amazingly gorgeous island lights at Casa di luce. They were on sale and we got an extra discount on top for them. They weren't cheap, but they were SO worth it. Italian hand blown glass. Can't go wrong there. Casa di Luce stocks some very unique lighting. Their customer service is awesome. They are friendly and very responsive. Our delivery time was 8 to 12 weeks and when we called to enquire about the lights after 12 weeks, they went over and above to trace our purchase. Great service with fab lights. Highly recommend!

It was a GREAT pleasure and experience dealing with this company. I bought 6 new light fixtures and repaired an old pendent light with the help of their consultant Marta. She is quick in responding to emails and offering product advice. Although the company doesn't have a large showroom compared to other suppliers in the area, their merchandise selection is unique, modern and will suit well if you like transitional to contemporary style. I did a fair bit of sourcing work and their pricing is very competitive.
