We had a pane of glass replaced. We brought the window in (prior to installation on our house) and they replaced it quickly. We picked up the window the next day, They did a great job.

I've had occasion to "attempt" to use this company twice in the past year. The first was as an employee of another local business who needed a door installed, which had been ordered and purchased from Century Glass weeks earlier. I called century glass about 3 times in the course of a week to find out about the door, whether it had arrived (which it reportedly had), and to get it installed. I was told 3 times that so-and-so would call me back as the person I was talking to didn't know anything about it. I never even got a call back.
