Used these guys for my rental property in Merritt. Had a furnace serviced. Next day it wasn't working and I was a bit irritated but they came back and fixed it...nothing major! Gas was just not turned back on. They are good at communicating and I will use and recommend again to my friends in Merritt for their rental properties. Thanks Cole

I had the furnace maintained, and also the pressure reduction valve checked and replaced. I received detailed information on current status and options, the work was very well done and in the end I was given all information to make informed decisions in the future. Had work done twice, first time for plumbing: the plumber had to cut out his work three times before getting it right and we had to pay for his mistakes. the second time for getting Natural Gas heat to our garage: what should have taken about two days the most, took two weeks to get done. they seem to have trouble scheduling their workers, equipment and materials to pull off their work in a timely manner. Then at the end i asked for a detailed invoice and got screamed at, literally. wow. not cool. nothing wrong with a client wanting to see what they paid for. gave this business their second chance
