Belyea Bros. Heating, Cooling & Electrical has a long and proud history serving Toronto. The Company started in 1908 as a plumbing and heating company. We hold the first plumbing and heating license issued in the City of Toronto, PH1. We remain an independently owned and operated family business. Booking an assessment with Steve was quick and easy, the quote was prompt and professional with all the information needed (and fair pricing), and they installed everything one week later as discussed. I contacted Belyea to replace a part on my water tank and they had it quickly completed very quickly.

I switched from the original HVAC installers to Belyea about a year ago for various reasons and boy am I glad that I did. This is such a professional company. Their phone support staff are lovely - they take down all the necessary information and are clear communicators. The service technicians are wonderful. I've had no shortage of challenges with my HVAC system and the Belyea team has carefully listened to my concerns and investigated all of the problems. My water heater broke down and I was very impressed with how quickly Belyea Bros solved the problem, especially considering it was Christmas weekend followed by stat holidays. I was not an existing customer and had tried elsewhere unsuccessfully. Their emergency service was excellent - a technician was by in a couple hours to diagnose the problem and Operations Manager Stephen Thomas even called that night to discuss options. Hats off to Belyea Brothers! After finding our 23 year old Carrier furnace was no longer working on Sunday morning we called Belyea Bros. and Jonathan arrived shortly. He was skilled and informative and outlined quickly what our options were. He called back early Monday morning and we elected to buy a new furnace. Our new Daikin furnace was installed on Monday by an excellent team and we are warm and very happy with the service.

The diagnostics visit cost me $150 & told me exactly what I already knew. They said I had a leak, which I already knew & came to take pictures & send me a quote of $2200.00 to replace a rad pipe which I already knew needed replacing.
I could have sent them pictures ahead of time if that was all they wanted.
Outrageous.
Called another company, a local plumber (Direct plumbing) come over after he asked me for some photos. Called me discussed the issue & reviewed the photos for no charge at all. They told me what it would cost over the phone & did the same job for $500.
