Burgoyne Construction Ltd. has experience in installing new Asphalt Shingles, and we inform the homeowner if we find any rotten wood under the shingles. Just like under Vinyl Siding and wood Siding that we replace. We have repaired decks and found rotten wood on the home where the rim joist was, we have informed homeowners and was told by them that their other contractor would of just went over that.
This is a large shop that required some repairs before the renter handed it back to the owner. The client was happy with the end product and so was the building owner. We do everything from Bathroom repairs to all kinds of home renovations. This is one of our regular clients. They call us when something goes wrong with their house or they just want something updated.
We do Soffit and Fascia repairs, along with all kinds of Siding Repair and installs. We Build Decks, Patios and Basement Developments. Rotten wood repair, Mould Removal and repair, Wet Wood Repair, Laminate flooring, insulating walls and ceilings and attics. We pretty much do all kinds of renovation construction from the ground to Asphalt Roofing.
Burgoyne Construction Ltd. has started an refundable estimating / job site visit fee back in the summer of 2017. This fee will be deducted from the last invoice when we have completed the project. A lot of the people that contact us are in agreeance with this and say that it shows that we are both serious about the project.
