T & B's Glass & Door

Tried to use this incredibly unprofessional team to replace a window. Awful communication, late and didn't let me know twice (didn't even show up, called the next day, and the next time was 3 hours after they were supposed to arrive). They called back to re book, I told them I did not want to rebook right now, call me back tomorrow...they did not call back until a week later...should NOT be in business.

The owner is unique without communication. came home to measure doors and windows of basement (1979 windows) mesure door because i ask for clear window the comment that im not a musulman was made as they dont want clear window on there door as they dont want people looking at them when they pray. When time to measure window been told no i dont need new windows as it just humidity and by cutting me all the time and didn’t let me explain im looking for basement window not the windows he was looking at. Very loud person and difficult to communicate with. Cant talk or explain the service needs.

This is a great business to deal with. I recommend to all my friends and family.

Upon picking my car up from T&B following a windshield replacement, I noticed significant scratching on the dashboard of my car. I went back into the shop to bring this to the attention of the manager, who accepted responsibility for the scratches and said he would purchase the products to repair my dashboard, schedule personelle, and call me to coordinate a repair appointment. After two months and numerous attempts to reach T&B to schedule a repair appointment, my dashboard has not been repaired. Needless to say, I will not be returning to T&B Glass.

RAAAAVING REVIEW!!! After some troubles with previous contractors we were recommended to try T&B to finish our windows and I have to say we are so pleased with the product and service - TWO thumbs up. Highly recommend this company!!!

They were very professional and proficient in installing the windows in our house after the fire....I was very pleased with their workmanship and would recommend them to anybody....highly recommend with that too

They did both of our vehicles, and a friend's vehicle in the last 4 months or so. They were professional and on time. They were also the least expensive in town, I called everyone. We will be taking our truck there when it's due. Great job to the peeps there. Thanks!

Brutal service and zero communication. On two instances they failed to show for the appointment or contact me that they wouldn’t be showing up. Completely wasted two of my days off. I was forced to use them by my condo board (it took 6 months to get a window replaced). I would not in any way shape or form recommend using them.

These guys took 4 months to get windows in they came in the wrong size colour and style. We had to reframe the house to get them to fit. We also ordered doors through them (not by choice unfortunately our contractor was taking care of it) which took 5 months to come in and they came not the right colour style or size. We are completely unsatisfied with the service and incompetence of this company and will be letting everyone know what we had to go through dealing with with them. I wouldn't even be giving you guys one star if it was an option. The receptionist was also extremely rude and not easy

Excellent customer service! I came in 20 minutes before they closed and they stayed late to replace my screen... Go here!!!
