Absolutely nightmare, never again. Made a high fuss about the elevators, only to ask for additional $150 and of course this was done after he had my $500 cash deposit, two sinks, and now I am crunched for time.
Quoted $600 for the stone and $700 for labour by one of the clerks, then John requested $1575, which is $275.
Customer service is very poor. He yells at you in the hope that he can get away with dificiencies, mabebthatbis just the way he talk to customers.
Never again.
