Big Country was recommended to do a well inspection on a home we'd put in an offer to buy. We had just five business days to meet the conditions, which is really not enough time for a well test! Other places we'd called and left messages while trying to make contact said it wasn't possible. Rob was just like "I'll find a way to help you out", fitting us into his schedule to get the test ASAP, and expediting the sample so it could be done in time for the deadline. His communication was professional and punctual, and he explained things "well" (haha). I'll definitely keep them in mind for any future

Had the pleasure of hiring Rob to install our well pump and hook up the hot water heater and pressure tank. We found Rob to be very knowledgeable and a delight to work with. He had great ideas was very patient with all of our thoughts and wishes and espectially patient with our changes. We met with his collegue Keith this past weekend who continues on with the Big Country Pumps mantra. Extremely knowledgeable and patient. Can not endorse these fellows an higher. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I have been having issues with my well for months now and finally it is fixed thanks to Big Country Pumps at 150 Mile House in BC. Rob and Keith came out and identified the issue quickly and fixed it promptly. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and very diligent, but they came out on their day off so I could have water!!! Thank you for going above and beyond! I as well would HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Call them and says they'll be by today or tomorrow every time and no show not even call back when you leave a message been almost two months waiting for someone to look at our pump now have four adults and two teen girls in our place who needs water for showers and bathes plus for laundry. Hopefully someone comes in next day or two.
