1. Responsiveness - they reply to you in a prompt manner unlike other companies and this is very important.
2. Professionalism - Patrick is a pleasure to deal with and he and his crew respect their and your time.
3. Value - pricing is very competitive and the cost pays for itself in the long run. I can run my furnace at 2 degrees lower than before and be comfortable, and I no longer need to have electric heaters in every room for winter.
4. Quality of work - excellent work was done by Gregory and Lewis in putting in the insulation

I researched several companies to do our attic insulation, and EcoComfort was by far the best company to go with. Their professionalism was displayed from quote to clean up. The estimator took 5 minutes to assess our attic, and was very knowledgeable in what needed the be done. The installation crew was very professional, efficient, and courteous. It made the whole experience of investing into home upgrades seamless and favourable.
Not only did the price match the initial quote, but it came in lower than everyone else I got quotes from.

Great experience from start to end – it was very easy to book an appointment to get a quote and I got all the necessary information about current government programs/rebates. The crew that actually did the insulation work was on time, was very professional, completed the work and cleaned up afterwards. The office followed up to ensure all was good, as well. All in all, I highly recommend them for your attic work.

Great experience overall. Had EcoComfort come to lay down insulation in the attic. The quote process was quick and efficient and priced in-line with competitors. The 3 person crew of Kyle, Patrick and Lewis arrived when they said they would, did the job, and cleaned up afterwards - all within 2.5 hours. Went from R20 to R60+ and installed new baffles. Payment process and documentation received the very same day. Very glad I went with the pros on this one! Before and After pics included.

Over the top impressed by this company! First and foremost - the estimate/quote process was a breeze (with a simple phone call) and the prices are very competitive. I was expecting them to just add insulation to the attic but they also air sealed, extended rafter vents and pulled back existing insulation blocking soffit vents. The level of communication was also appreciated - and everything (including formal quotes/invoices) was well organized. We used EcoComfort for 2 ✌🏽 homes 🏡 and we will definitely used them for many more 🏠🏠🏠🏠😎
