Greg and his team have been great about communication and keeping us posted during the second stay at home order during COVID when everyone was unsure of moving forward with our original appointment. I really appreciated the sheets on all the floors and stairs to avoid mess. Very friendly staff, very personable and they did a GREAT job! We love our new windows, thank you for your diligence and hard work everyone! 10/10 would and will recommend to people I know.

A valuable item disappeared while they worked on my unit. I reported it to the owner who said that he did not believe any of his employees could have done this and that he was sure this did not happen and how dare I call him a liar. For context one of his employees also confessed to entering my home to use my washroom. When asked if I thought he was the culprit I said I could not say that, but that the only people who had access were his employees (there were others on site).
