I phoned in for maintenance on furnace, AC and HWT. I wasn’t comfortable with first tech so phoned the office with concern. Owner phoned me back within an hour and made arrangements for a second visit. Tech was extremely thorough and very skilled. Completed the maintenance and provided great feedback. Excellent communication. Polite. Knowledgeable. Very appreciative of all staff involvement from reception (lovely lady), technicians, and ownership. Would strongly recommend this company to family and friends. Looking forward to all other interactions with Lloyds.

Lloyds did a fine job of both installing a new gas line and repairing my pool heater, however it was a bit of a constant chase to get them to return, and multiple calls to the tech and the office resulted in no returned calls for a quote on installation of a new air conditioner, I eventually gave up and called in someone else who responded right away. They do good work, but need to work on customer service piece.

I would highly recommend Lloyds. They are extremely professional, neat, tidy and on time. Paul was also extremely helpful in helping us out with questions we had and took the time to answer them. We will definitely use Lloyds in the future.

We have previously used Lloyds with great successes so we automatically contacted them about a potential HVAC need. Rather than going for a quick sure sale their recommendation was to wait as they felt there was no urgency to replace system. We will definitively using Lloyds for all our future HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs. It is great to have such professional service in our community.
