Me and my fiance booked with Platinum Sound this past summer for our wedding in January 2012. We figured they had the best quality light show accompanied by the best DJ's. When my fiance could finally get a hold of Kelly (The apparent owner) to discuss set up time's, Kelly thought it was acceptable for the Dj and lights to be set up while guest are arriving. Which we were not happy with, so Kelly said we could pay a extra fee for earlier set up. We figured we were in a corner at this time, because we were not sure if anyone else in the city did wall washing, so we decided to pay the fee

We had a very poor experience we were roped into using this DJ service with our location. We had compiled a list of songs we wished to be played as well as ones we did not wish to be played. We confirmed beforehand that they would have all the songs. Come the day of our wedding, the DJ doesn't have our first dance song on his system, we ended up having to hook up a different speaker set up, and download the song from itunes to have our First Dance song, then the DJ asked for both the step-father of the bride (who has poor relationship with bride) as well as my father for dances, when it was

Me and my fiancee used Platinum Productions for an event and found that the DJ played some music that was not wanted and when asked to change it, he didn't. Not a huge issue the...the night was still a success. We had planned on using them for our upcoming wedding, but wanted to have more control over the play list and spoke to the owner there to ensure the wedding would be even better.
On speaking to the owner, she was extremly hostile and defensive and very unprofessional. She took the slightest criticsm personally and cancelled our booking. It was completely uncalled for and immature.
