Understand all of the technical terms associated with windows and doors so you can make an informed decision. Depending on the size of the order or it's complexity, you may be contacted to have one of our staff come back and do a "re-measure". This is to ensure that we have all the proper measurements and details to complete the job to your specifications.

Our windows and patio doors are designed for beauty, efficiency and longevity. However, periodic care and maintenance is necessary to help keep our products attractive and functioning efficiently. Low E stands for low emissivity. Emissivity measures how much radiant heat is transferred through glass.
FCI Windows has completed tens of thousands of projects in Central Eastern Ontario over the past 35 years. The owner's son did the original quote. We were very clear, indicating that we require a Saturday installation; we were told "we could do that". Lacking confidence in the measurements in the initial quote, we waited 1-2 weeks for a 2nd quote with the owner. Measurements changed by 1-2 inches, and the revised quote was now $56 more. We were unimpressed that the quote increased, but nonetheless proceeded to book the install and pay the deposit. However, I was told by the owner they do not do Saturday installs and I should go elsewhere. I explained that the son said they did

We're very happy with the windows we had installed by FCI. Our home was a challenge because we have an unusual amount of windows in many shapes, some with bad frames. Now we finally have a house without cold drafts. We immediately noticed a difference once all the windows were in.
The crew working here were excellent. They really went the extra mile with the finishing touches. We highly recommend this local window manufacturer and installer.
