Absolutely! Ardavan and his team are wonderful to work with! For the past year we have been doing a full home renovation with a lot of restrictions/requirements to the crew and they did not miss a beat.
Ardavan always ensured that any issues had were handled instantly and pretty much painlessly; often going above and beyond for us.
The crew from demo to finish the as respectful, helpful, kind and funny. They too went above the scope of work, if we needed something done... they did it.

Stonypoint Construction have carried out 3 projects for us.
The first was a major kitchen renovation which involved removing walls, replacing flooring and ceiling,
and installing all new lighting, cabinets and appliances.
The second project was to renovate our bathroom and the third was to install a new washer and dryer.
We live in an apartment building, so any work done or changes made must satisfy city building
inspectors as well as our condominium council.
Ardavan Fathia and Stonypoint construction handled everything in a most professional manner.

Very impressed! Stony Point efficiently arranged to take a look at the project we needed help with. Ardavan was able to come very soon after I contacted Stony Point, was on time, and assured me that the job was not too small for them. He was able to schedule the work to be done the following day and it was done extremely tidily. Paul who did the work was incredibly nice, as was Ardavan. I would absolutely recommend them!

We are very pleased with our recent renovation by Stony Point Construction of our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We found the company from their listing on BBB and felt confident in going forward with Ardavan and his team. We had a great experience planning the reno as Ardavan accompanied us and helped with choices of materials at recommended suppliers. The driver of this van was reckless. In a plaza parking lot, he first ran behind my truck as I was backing into a parking stall. He then decides to back up his van next to my stall while my father in law was trying to take my kids out of the truck. No regards for the safety of himself or others. Would never hired a company with that type of behavior.
