Don’t waste your time or money dealing with this horrible company. When the man from pf came to my house to give me my quote he had told me it was no problem for them to remove my granite from under cabinets that sat on top of them. They do it all the time the guy said. I then went to pf custom counters for my appointment to look at Quartz options… and waited 30 minutes before the receptionist finally came over and helped me since shuja(the man who I had my appointment with) was still busy with another client and he never did end up helping me that day. I left and later called back

My husband had dropped a large ceramic pot on the corner of our quartz sink countertop and chipped it. We had bought the countertops from PF so I called them, talked to Chris and he came out within two days! Chris is so professional, knowledgeable, explains what he is doing, and makes us feel comfortable asking any questions. We were very happy with the repair job that he did! Thanks Chris!!

We had been recommended to this company. We put our name on the call list on Saturday OCT 2, 2021 for someone to give us a call back to organize a time when someone could come and give us an estimate. Today is Friday, OCT 8 2021 and we still have not heard from them to set up a time. I have called twice this week to follow up to ensure we had not been forgotten about, both times I called I spoke to Leanne, she gave me so much attitude over the phone stating that if we put our name on the call list that we will get a phone call. Lots of good product choices and we had time on our own to discuss which ones we liked. There was no hovering over us which I like.
Installers were great, Don and Jacob, as they communicated when they would arrive and they showed up. The process is relatively painless and clean. The guys respected my home and kept my home clean.

We had an excellent experience with PF. We chose a countertop at their showroom, they send a fellow over who measured with a laser, and two weeks later, the new countertops were installed.
The gentlemen who… installed the countertops were very professional, clean and quick. All of this was done in -35 degree weather too.

Highly recommend PF countertops! They have a good selection of quartz and granite. We picked a leathered granite and it looks perfect in our kitchen. I recently noticed a chip along the beveled edge and contacted them and Chris came out within less than a week of my call and fixed it. You can't even tell there was a chip there to begin with. Thank you PF!

PF countertops just finished this week the install of our new quartz countertops in the kitchen and main floor washroom. What a beautiful job they did! From the time they came to measure for the countertops to the actual installation, all we saw was professional and courteous staff. The price was competitive and the product choice superbe. I will never go anywhere else for countertops again! We are renovating a rental property to get it ready to sell. Ed helped us pick out a laminate at our price point and was helpful in deciding edge finishes, etc. He gave us an estimate based on the rough measurements I provided and it was well under what we had been quoted elsewhere.

I called PF Custom Countertops based on the suggestion of a colleague. At school, our classroom has hexagonal tables (2 of them make a hexagon) and they needed refurbishing. We had originally considered to get new tables, but the price and the availability made this option impossible.
I wrote to this company and they promptly wrote me back.
