We found these guys stolen work truck and got it safely back.
They where not to thankful. Not sure about their business but the owner should have gave thanks for the safe return of there expensive work rig.

Had 4 windows done and the service was great. The time from measurements taken to actual implementation was awhile (due to supply constraints, would have been nice to be updated but it was not terrible to the contrary hyperbole of the other reviewers) but it is what it is with covid. People should temper their expectations.
Would recommend highly despite some communication issues. The end result was worth it.

I ordered a new window. And 2 doors for a century old barbershop in st Thomas. These guys were amazing! They worked all day. Got the job done, took the old ones with them. Cleaned up. And even did a little extra work just to make the shop look even better. I am completely impressed. Worth every dollar. I totally recommend them. They are fantastic, easy to work with from ordering to install. 5 stars isn’t enough! Thank you again guys!

Horrendous service. It took almost 4 months to get two small windows to finish my renovation when we were told windows would be installed within about 2 months. Like others, I came within days of missing the time line for my energy audit. Guys who installed the windows were very good. But you simply can't trust what this company tells you.

I had Jim come to my house at the end of June to quote for new windows and doors. His visit was great and a plan was put in place for what I wanted. He took my information and told me I would have a quote in a couple of days. 2 weeks later with no reply I phoned the office and got the same answer, making sure he had all the right information to contact me. A month later (couple days ago) I went into the office to ask about my quote and was greeted by Jim. I told him I hadn't heard from him and asked for the quote so I could get everything installed as I have a energy audit done and I don't want

I called and called and called and everyone told me Jim would get back to me, he didn’t, I went into their office on a Saturday morning and said I want to pick out doors and give you a deposit and you can come and do your measurements and they said I would have to talk to him and he was not in the office until Monday and they would get him to call me. I said he doesn’t return my calls can I please order a door from another person they said no but I promise he will call on Monday. He didn’t, I called back and they made up some excuse and said he hasn’t had a chance to call yet. I waited

Homecastle is honest and always puts their best offer forward. I have had them to my house on 2 separate occasions to replace all of my windows and 2 doors.
The crews worked fast and left no mess. The quality of the products they use and installation was second to none.
The day they did my house it happened to be the one of the colder days of the year. The system they use to get the window they are working on ready for removal and the new one prepped for installation, left the window sized gap to the -20 ish outside only open for 10 seconds. We had them replace our living room window, front door and side door a few years ago. We were reasonably satisfied with the product and service so I contacted them on July 16, 2018 to get a quote to replace at least the front door on another house I own.
On July 26, 2018 when I still hadn't received the quote I called again.
On Aug 07, 2018 when I still hadn't received a quote I phoned a third time.
I said if they were too busy all they had to do was say so. No one contacted me to say they were too busy and I never did receive a quote.
As a previous customer I expected better service.

Excellent quality, workmanship and care!!
This is not the first time we have had Homecastle install windows. This time was a much bigger job with 16 windows to replace on a 60s ranch home. Every window was done with care, and everything completely cleaned up at the end of the day. I really appreciated their expertise at their job. They carefully used exact measurements and skilled hands with the capping and caulking........neat, tidy and professional job! It really shows!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their business.....which I already have to family and friends. Great job!

Great service and fair prices. The northstar windows are excellent!! I noticed a difference in temperature/drafts in my home immediately. Jim took great care to ensure every detail was perfect, the installers were great guys who did an amazing job. All around impressed with my new windows.
