We loved the work that Prestige did on install. Their prices were great. The installers worked really hard and were always pleasant and answered all of our questions. They did some really ornery windows in our century home loft and they worked it out really well.
Lisa and Sam at the office answered our questions and we're patient with our semi-frequent check ins (supply chain issues in the pandemic meant 6 months delay for receipt and install of our 10 windows).
Super pleased and we'll be ordering from them again.

Prestige has just built a 4 season conservatory unto the back of our home in Campbellford. I had thought about adding a sunroom for many years and had thoroughly researched what was available and the costs.Ron did an onsite assessment and presented the options and costs. We also made a visit to the showroom in Peterborough to look at the materials used in the construction. We decided on the Georgian style conservatory and Ron provided a detailed quote which was within the pricing I had researched. We have dealt with Prestige twice in the last two years to replace two exterior doors and several windows. Chris has been an excellent resource and sales representative who always answered our questions, and provided revised estimates in an expedited fashion. On our latest project, Prestige sent over Chris and Christian to install the new exterior balcony door and a couple of storm windows. We had Prestige Windows and doors from Peterborough replace 9 windows and two sliding doors in our home in the summer of 2018.
We have had problems with almost all of them.
The sliding door that they installed off of our living room leaked and caused $7000 damage to our hardwood floor. All of the boards in front of the door are buckled. (pic). After removing the door to inspect, they admitted that they made an installation error causing the leak. We have had 5 flooring companies look at the floor and said it was impossible to fix, it needs to be replaced, but Prestige refused to contact their

We had a great experience with Prestige. Best price as we had a few quotes and they beat them by a landslide. They were extremely friendly and worked with me to get an install date that worked with my work schedule . Mary was extremely kind and helpful and absolutely went out of her way to assist with booking the install. Chris was an excellent installer, professional, courteous and he did great work. Everything looks amazing and we will returning customers thanks to Chris and Mary for their amazing customer service.

We ordered a sunroom in June 2018 and it was completed July 2019, 13 months later, 9 more months than we were told it would take to finish. During the 13 month interval, phone calls and emails to Prestige went regularly unreturned, I was often not notified when someone actually was coming (until the day they were coming), and when I asked to speak to Ron (the owner) about the delays and difficulties, he did not personally contact us either. 7 months went by without hearing from him. We had Prestige Windows come and replace our front windows in February of this year and just had them come back and do our back windows. From Amber at the front desk, Samantha with our quote and any and all questions and of course Chris and Kristian, our installers we enjoyed a great experience. We had gotten a call the day of our install that the boys would be arriving a little later than anticipated because they were finishing another job up. Replacing the old front entrance door with a new door that has side lights and a transom, really opened up the space. The 4 Season Victorian Conservatory – that glass roof is absolutely amazing!! Closing in the bottom of the Conservatory and making a 3 Season Sunroom that we use all the time while we use our pool in the backyard.
