Started out great. damage to my dining room ceiling was overlooked by me. Not realing turning on the light in dining room during COVID... no assistance offerred when damage discovered. Called in fall, no return call. finally had time to follow back in spring (less than 1 year after work done) and no offer to assist. told I should have seen it and contacted immediately.

I would give Zero stars but no option for that. Brutal service. Robert Livingstone provides marginal customer service to the point of getting the contract. From that point extremely non communicative and dismissive. Could not commit to a time frame to fulfill contract. Last minute the night before At 10:30pm he bailed as he couldn’t get his schedule together. Left me in a pickle as I had other contractors lined up for the day after. Robert has zero regard for the fact that he was impacting a whole job and several people by his lack of organization. I highly recommend shopping around and move

DO NOT USE!! - Did a BAD job insulating my attic. Called and spoke to Tom who I'm assuming is a owner. Said he'd come check it out and get back to me. Called multiple times and still hasnt come to look at it. Just blows you off and says he'll get back in touch. I will now have to get another company in here come fall to fix their work. Complete waste of money.

They booked our appointment with a 4 hr window and missed that by almost 2 1/2hrs and then ran out of insulation half way through and said they couldn't get any more that day. The next day they did show up and finish. The workers were professional and as tidy as they could be considering what they are doing. 3 stars because of miscommunication or lack there of between sales and the service truck.

Home inspector found that my attic had near 0 levels of insulation in many spots. Had several companies come out to provide estimates, Durham Insulation was by far the best value by several hundred dollars. The crew that came out were on time and professional. The only thing that they lost a star on was the communication between sales and booking the date for the crew to come out, was a little like broken telephone. If you are in the east end I would highly recommend giving these guys a call.
