Estimate prepared by estimator based on site inspection and/or emergency services provided. Estimate forwarded to Insurance Carrier for review and/or approval. Receipt of the estimate approval from Insurance Carrier automatically triggers restoration process.

Late in April we got hit with an ice storm that caused a couple of leaks on our main floor ceilings. I had buckets everywhere. I called our insurance company and they suggested Nu-Trend. They were here in… just hours after I placed the claim. Put out humongous dehumidifiers and fans to dry us up and tore out the ceilings in the affected rooms with such care that no dust went anywhere. They protected everything. Now two weeks later they have been in, fixed the destroyed ceilings, painted, sanded, and we have had ZERO mess to clean up. Bravo Nu-Trend!

It's not the service I hated because I had never had them do anything to my property...but working for them is what I HATED! In all honesty their overall skills and knowledge seemed really good and the way they transformed destroyed homes or commercial buildings looked really good based on the pictures I saw.. And working there I don't remember… getting any customer complaints about their work. But I have to say this is by far the worse place I've ever worked... The women there are very very very mean spirited.. Especially this one girl who came into work unhappy and upset every single day
