Highly recommend First Call Septic Service! We spoke with Dave in regards to our plans for the backyard and how we could incorporate the existing equipment. It was determined we needed to relocate our septic field to accommodate the new structures required. Dave and his team took care of the permits, relocating of the new service and pumping the tank.

The service technician was very nice, informative and helpful. They showed up in less then 24 hours after calling. Located, pumped, and gave a great service! I wouldn’t recommend any other pumping service, after growing up with septic at my family cottage for years, this one was by far the BEST! First Call, first choice!

This company was fantastic we had a septic tank that needed emptying right away and they came within a couple of hours. The lady who set up our call was so kind. The gentleman that came to the house who is also the owner was so incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this company!

Rarely would I give a business accolades as high as First Call Excavating deserves. I called Dave for a wet septic bed. He arrived the same day and we had a chat and he explained what he though the issue was. I later called him again to start work to replace the bed. Little did I realize that it would be such a big job. Dave took care of the permit and paperwork and arrived on the scheduled day just prior to Thanksgiving. He contacted Hydro and gas to scope and mark where the wire and pipes were. Appropriate machinery arrived and work started early morning each day around 7am. Machines were quiet

This is the second time I used First Call after I had a clogged tank baffle and a backup in my finished basement . Even though they were very busy the day I phoned at 1:00pm, they promised to come over that same afternoon. They arrived earlier than expected and fixed the problem in 10 minutes.
They also pumped my tank and gave me advice what to do should this problem occur again.
First Call has the best equipment with a high capacity pump and they have many lengths of hose to get from the street to the back of my property.
This is a family business and all of them are very polite, knowledgeable
