As a former builder, with over 15 years experience, I understand construction. And the biggest problem I always ran into was clients not being able to see what their house is going to look like. That is why I design the way I do. I can save you time and money by having your house plans done right, the first time, without costly last minute adjustments at the job site.
To begin the design of your house plan, information and ideas that you have collected need to be exchanged. This is achieved by meeting in person and/or exchanging ideas via email. Once we have had a chance to determine the scope of work for your house plan, we provide you with an estimate for the house design work.
The home design area is based on the total designed above grade 'floor area' including cantilevers and projections. NOTE: Finished basements count as living area. All plans will conform to current Canadian, British Columbia, and Manitoba building codes. Please inform us of any additional requirements for your area.
