The scope of work included the installation of a 800Kw CHP system and 2 new 500bhp boilers at the Coca Cola bottling facility at 24 Fenmar Drive, North York. Owner desired expedited construction of this new store resulting in only 16 weeks between breaking ground for excavation and their grand opening of the restaurant.

Stolk Construction was founded by the current company President's grandfather, Leonard Stolk Sr. in 1955. Formerly a carpenter in the Netherlands Leonard Sr. immigrated to Canada in 1953 in search of greater opportunity for himself and his family. He was quickly able to find work with local companies and did a number of projects for friends and neighbours.
