Since our founding in Norwich in 1976, Rick's Carpet & Flooring has worked hard to earn a reputation with customers of having an unparalleled offering of in stock carpet and vinyl including remnants, laminate and tile resulting in efficient services and competitive pricing. Local owners Scott Vermeersch & Gerry Couwenberg offer many years of personal experience in the flooring industry from sales to installation.
Since taking over the business in 2003, Rick's Carpet & Flooring has evolved and expanded into a local chain with three convenient locations in Norwich, Simcoe and Tillsonburg to accommodate a service area encompassing Oxford, Elgin, Haldimand, Norfolk and Brant counties. Our current product offering consists of carpet, vinyl, solid and engineered hardwoods, laminate, bamboo, cork, area rugs, luxury vinyl tile/plank, ceramic and porcelain tiles as well as glass and natural stone, PARA Paints, Shade-O-Matic window coverings, and countertops.

The flooring is nice and was delivered and installed quickly. That is the only positive thing that we can say about our experience with this company. It was our extreme displeasure to work with Scott. He tried to overcharge us for our flooring and upcharge to our insurance company as part of our flooring was covered by insurance. When we asked for paperwork for warranty purposes, he was rude and offensive. We cannot recommend this company as the person we dealt with was dishonest and lacked integrity!
