I woke up today during a blizzard with no heat. Links has their after hours messaging service so I was able to report the problem promptly and have a technician out within only a few hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and found a replacement part (which was challenging as its apparently quite a rare part) and have my heat back on within the day! They also provided me with an emergency heater to keep us warm in the meanwhile as they tried to source the part. The technician was polite and helpful and respectful, and even my pets liked him! I definitely would recommend this business. Thanks

Kim came last Friday to help us with a new furnace we had installed last winter by another company. It was making high pitch sounds when running in the second stage. He tried different options to determine what was causing the sound. After contacting the manufacturers customer service, they were able to find a solution to an annoying problem. Heat pump problem was diagnosed previously by a Link Tech, Kim attended several days later, and repaired, (involved a leak repair and a fluid recharge). Unit is currently running well, and quieter. Very satisfied with the repair, and our interaction with Kim as he imparted some good information, previously not known by us.

Fast and efficient services, despite under extreme bad weather condition, strong wind and blowing snow, professional repairman Kim Meadus climb up to the rooftop to conduct checks on 3 units for a period of time, really appreciate his efforts and care to ensure heating system back to working condition in almost 7 hours straight without food and drink. Fantastic experience from start to finish! These guys were very patient in answering all of my questions/concerns. Firstly, they went above and beyond by helping me re-route existing ductwork that was going to pose a logistical problem in my soon-to-be newly renovated basement.

We had our gas fireplace cleaned in July. When we tried to start it for the first time, there was no pilot light. Kim turned the gas knob on and lit the pilot light, at no service charge. He showed us how to light it. We purchased a new furnace and A/C from Link even though we had lower quotes because we knew the service would be excellent and it would be installed properly. All service technicians are friendly, efficient and professional. The strength of the company is it's employees.

I’ve been using Link for about 8 years. I’ll get to the point. I ask for one service person every time, even if I have to wait a day or two. Kim, a special person. It’s not what you do, it’s how you do it. With my lasted problem, Kim couldn’t figure it out. Took the mother board home to work on. He was supposed to have the next day off. Came back with mother board and problem fix. I would highly recommend Link to anyone.
