Simpson's Fence Ltd. has been helping residents and businesses keep their property contained for over half a century. Founded in 1948 by John Simpson, the company has grown to have locations in Chatham, Tecumseh, and London. Today the Chatham and Tecumseh locations are owned and operated by Ted Simpson who has 35 years experience in the fencing business.

My experience with them was a disappointment. I can't comment about their quality or overall service. I'll share my experiences. I need full perimeter fence at my property. I called them then waited one week for call back which didn't happen. I called them connected with person who is in charge of on site visit and quote. So he did come and did all measurements. From beginning I asked for open, honest and transparent communication on whether they can do job or not. They never said no although they said I might wait three weeks before job start. So sounds good to me then other week passed by. They

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
Called in to get estimate and was told someone would be out in a day or 2 to have a look at property and i would receive a phone call when they were on the way. No one called and unfortunately no one showed its been over a week now.

Called to schedule appointment to get an estimate made a date and then the employee told me to give him a call on the date to remind him about our appointment .I didn't think I'd have to call him kind of unprofessional so go figure he didn't show up or Call me 3 hours after he supposed to be at my house to give me my estimate. Said he just over looked we had an appointment at 10 he was going for lunch and then we could schedule an new appointment that afternoon. Told him don't worry about it I went with another company that showed up on the right time

I had a chain link fence installed in my backyard by Simpson's Fence. The staff was very friendly and professional and the fence has been a relief to have up. Overall they did a great job.
