There are positive and negative reviews. This is definitely a negative review. Pandemics and flooding aside, there is no excuse for our salesperson's, Anne, at Norburn Lighting for treating us with such disrespect by not keeping us abreast of the truth in where and when our shipment for recessed lights trims were arriving. We purchased four housings in early October and had them installed in our new kitchen ceiling. Two trims were not available however we were told they were on order from Toronto. Long story short, we had no customer service from Anne, she would not return our calls as to where

We recently purchased a home and did fairly significant renovations. As we were doing this, we wanted to upgrade the lighting to refresh the look.
We came to Norburn Lighting after visiting a couple of other stores. One of the things that motivated us to look to Norburn was that the other stores did not provide much help in making recommendations.
That’s when we met Allison Johns at Norburn. She immediately showed interest in helping us find the right dining room light and reviewing various options. When we told her we wanted to change all of the lighting in our home, Allison was most patient

We have done a major reno and a full build twice with Norburn Lighting and Bath. Staff are amazing and prices are the best in town. Not only are they knowledgable, they have great design sense and spent time listening to me, their client. I am a picky and cost conscious shopper. I was always treated with kindness and a high degree of professionalism. Lighting is like the final jewelry in a room. Thanks to Allison and Allen for their expertise. I wouldn't go anywhere else for lighting and bathrooms.

We attended Norburn Lighting searching for lighting for our new home. After doing a quick walk through, sales consultant Allison Johns helped us immensely. We were there for a couple of hours, and had all our light fixtures picked out and ordered. Upon delivery, one light had a broken fixture, which was immediately replaced and delivered no charge. Excellent customer service!! We love all of our lighting. We will definitely shop here again. Thank you Allison.
