We had an issue with our hot water and Priority Mechanical Services Ltd was quick to resolve it. We live in a stacked town house, and our hot water is tied to our heating system. When the heat was running and we would start the shower, we wouldn't have any hot water. We would have to turn off the heat in order to get some warm water to the shower. We called a plumber previously to inspect our mixing value, but they wouldn't touch it, as our setup was not something they were familiar with. Luckily, Priority Mechanical Services Ltd was able to resolve our issue. They answered our called right away

I was beyond impressed by Priority Air. They are extremely professional, skilled, reliable, and courteous. They were very responsive by email and phone when setting up the initial appointment and the install. Their staff went above and beyond in helping to determine what I would need to address a humidity issue in my home. They found a way to install an air exchanger despite very tight spaces in my furnace room, and they found a way to install the outdoor vent out of sight of the front of my house as I had requested.

We had PM come to fix our AC unit in the Spring. They did a fantastic job figuring out the problem & resolving the issue promptly.
We had them back to remove our Reliance hot water tank when it quit working & replace it with one of theirs. PM was actually recommended to us by the Reliance service tech that initially came! He had said that of all the service calls he has done, PM technicians do the best work! We were floored they would admit that & recommend them. After the work they had done on our AC unit it was a no-brainer to seek out their services again.
They did not disappoint! 10/10 â€

I needed my AC unit moved from one side of the house to the other as I was getting a walkway put in. Scott came in to quote me and he was very professional, prompt and really eager to help. They were able to do this for me 2 days after they came in to quote the job and when Liam and Andrew came to move it they knew exactly what they were doing. They got it done efficiently and most importantly they did it without any damage to the property or the unit itself. I highly recommend these guys.

The new furnace journey started with an inquiry about a new Trane furnace, Kelly at the office pointed us in the right direction and answered our early questions. She even went out of her way to help with queries about our current furnace. Steve called right away and was at our home the next day. He reviewed our options and presented choices. I found Steve to be very knowledgeable and provided us facts to make an informed decision. The quote was sent the next day as promised. This is so COOL.
After decades of hot water radiators throughout the house and a boiler in the basement - Priority Mechanical provided a whole new heating solution during our home reno (a year or more ago). Today,they installed an all new central air conditioning system. 15 minutes is all it took to start to feel the cool of our new Trane throughout the house.

Today Jeremy and Ryan came to my house to help me with some renovations I have been working on for the last few months. They arrived punctually at 830 am, and immediately introduced themselves and had their masks in place. Jeremy is the Journeyman, and Ryan the apprentice. After a failed attempt at getting the ecobee installed through the horrendous government incentive program, we had 3 different companies come out to try and undo the damage that was caused only for them to each spend over 3 hours at our place and not fix anything or make matters worse. We would not deal with anyone else but, Priority Mechanical. A couple of years ago they installed our propane furnace and a new air conditioner at the same time without incident. Yesterday they installed a propane fireplace professionally done by Greg and Al.
