Had to call Mike on a long weekend, the septic was full.
Really fast service, excellent job at a excellent rate. Adding to my review because I think Mike's septic deserves higher praise, friends of mine just recently went through the same thing and had a different company come in to pump their septic tank, I won't mention any names but they didn't do a proper job and my friends had on-going problems for another week. Mike really goes the extra mile he washes out your tank he makes sure nothing is plugged in the lines coming into the house he makes sure everything is working correctly before he

Awesome service. We had him pump out our tank a little under a year ago and he was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. We recently had an issue with a clog in the tank and he responded within a day and was able to fix it within minutes. As he was "simply driving by anyway", he didn't even charge us! We will definitely be using Mike again for the next pump-out.

Best customer service. Answered my call on a holiday weekend, wasn't sure if we had an emergency or not. Came out less than 24 hours later.
After looking at my system and cleaning out the important parts to evaluate what was going on, he told me how much a full service would cost right now, or do a partial clean and doing a complete clean in a couple of years (my system is huge). Was happy to have been given the option instead of being stuck with an enormous bill without warning.
Mike also educated me on how to properly maintain our system. I am happy to recommend him, and will be calling him
