SDA Building Services provides uniformed professional cleaning staff who work to provide your condominium with a clean, sanitized and disinfected living environment. We offer full service from live-in or live-out Superintendents, heavy-duty cleaners and light-duty cleaners; our staff are fully trained and capable of performing any cleaning tasks, as well as supervisions and inspections.
SDA provides clients with a full range of services that cover all commercial and retail property maintenance needs. Knowing your property is being looked after from potential safety hazards that the winter season may bring is priceless. Our staff has the experience and equipment that can handle any commercial property; we keep your parking lots, driveways, and walkways free of snow and ice.
This position is responsible for the daily maintenance and repairs at designated customer locations. The incumbent performs work that is completed accurately, on time and in keeping with SDA's high standards of performance. This role is responsible for quality control and performance of superintendents in the janitorial division.
