An estimate for a fencing project was requested from this company. A person , TOM, OWNER I BELIEVE-, was informed upon the day he arrived for initial look at property, a property line survey had been scheduled and a clear estimate could not be a completed until the property lines were established. After the survey was complete TOM was scheduled for the next meeting, estimate, etc., instead he was a NO SHOW! When the company was contacted as to his arrival time, the person answering the telephone the phone replied that she didn't know where he was either. The next day I received a strange email

When you call, they will tell you we need other information so we dont use the on line request. The other information they need is your cross street so they can tell you if they serve your area.

The installation crew (Richard, Eric and Vince) from Mr Fence did an excellent job! They were Punctual, professional and very competent. In addition to the chain link fence work, they did an outstanding job installing an aluminum gate. I would not hesitate to use this fence company again.

Terrible. Called for a quote. They came out but the old man was rude, uninterested in any our needs and proceeded to talk over and interrupt me. I told him to leave. The whole interaction lasted less than 5 minutes. If you're looking to be disrespected by a cranky old man, you've found your company. Literally anywhere else is better.

This was the worst company I have had on my property. They have no respect for the client, their needs, and property. They have terrible communication skills and unless you can sit outside and babysit every step I would choose another company. After moving items on my property but claimed they couldn’t put them back or relocate, creating a muddy mess, and washing my newly seeded yard into the street they returned to install a gate with backwards hardware for my use. Can’t be fixed without leaving drill holes in a new fence. When I spoke to them about my dissatisfaction the response was “it
