We had our driveway done by Fraser Paving in the late summer of 2018. It took quite a while since they were busy but we were okay with the delay; businesses get busy and behind, that's fine. However, less than two years later, an empty trailer sat in our driveway for less than 12 hours and it ruined our driveway in two places. I have been trying to contact the company for over two months to have them come look at it. It sounds like I will have to pay for any repairs which I think is unreasonable! This is normal use for a driveway. I know people who have trailers sit in the same spot for weeks or

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness
Horrible customer service never call back the end of my driveway it pools water and there is a hump at the end where nothing can run off poor workmanship on there part. The rest of the drive is fine just the end pools and so far it has been just over 3 months and no response from any one.
