Jeff has been directly involved in the construction industry throughout his entire life, following in the footsteps of his father. From the very first engagement with JML we have been pleased. Very professional and upfront. Each and every trades that performed their work was incredibly skilled, proficient, and clean! The demolition of our old garage (22'x22') was done quickly, efficiently, and it was clean - no nails - no debris. The cement pad is incredible - the crew was excellent and we are so pleased! In 2013 we had a large garage built. Although the building of the garage went well, with the exception of it overlapping the cement curb, there was much that didn't go right. They couldn't find the window I requested, so I had to search it out and buy it on my own. The garage had a double wide door on the front and a single door on the back. The front door was supposed to have a large square pattern and door on the back was to have a small square pattern. What I got was a large square pattern on both doors and and a lot of attitude from Jeff so I accepted the doors as is even if it wasn't what

Went with JML for our garage and I am really impressed with the entire process. They have been fast to communicate and provide updates and I am confident that this garage is built to last. I appreciate the straight forward attitude on what is necessary (adding a concrete curb) or what is a bad idea (extending pad, increasing garage size). Their first priority seems to be building quality garages, not saying whatever will give them the winning bid.

JML Roofing and Renovations installed new Lux siding on my house and did a great job, the installers were courteous, friendly and efficient. They did not mind my many questions while the installation was taking place. The finished job is great, with one small glitch. When cutting to fit the siding they did not notice a small discolouration of the piece as they were cutting to fit. Hardly noticeable but we noticed. Jeff made the effort to come out and inspect the spot and discuss the matter. Other than this flaw in material the workmanship and attention was great.

Was a great experience dealing with Jeff right from the beginning. Got many quotes for the garage and basically was the only company that didn’t pressure you into a deposit right away. They were able to accommodate everything we asked for and Jeff was there to answer every question promptly. Have been getting so many compliments on the finished product, JML did a very good job!

I had my garage built by JML 5 years ago. The whole process was professionally done.
From getting the estimate, and every phone call from the office informing me whenever services were going to be happening (concrete, framing, electrical, etc).
I was able to phone Jeff or the office with any questions I had, I liked the fact that I could have someone answered any concerns I had over the phone , rather than dealing with emails.
I would recommend this company anytime.

JML offered competitive pricing for our 24 x 28 garage and they built it last fall by Nov 2018. However they left the electrical trench open (140ft long) and electrical wires exposed on my back yard. So I got in touch with the company (it took me 6 tries) to let them know that the job wasn't done and I won't pay the rest. The owner called me multiple times where the conversation got heated

Heard the adds on CJOB, checked them out -- all references had positive feed back, BBB had a positive rating. They built my double detached garage - did an excellent job. Would use them again in a heart beat,,,, BTW the price for the garage was the LOWEST of the 4 quotes that I got,
.... AND they included in there quote (many) things that others charged a premium on (did not include in there more expense quotes) ...
Garage is a year and 1/2 old and still love it ... BTW a bunch of neighbors got JML to build there garages after they saw mine (should ask for a commission ;)
