Services
Manufacturers recommend that you complete an annual service and safety inspection on your equipment. To keep your warranty valid, you are required to do a service and safety check at least every two years. As part of our 19-point inspection, our licensed gas technician will check for any potentially dangerous gas and carbon monoxide leaks in the home.

Every dollar you invest moving upgrading to a high-efficiency system, will produce comfort and energy savings you'll appreciate for years to come.
Upgrade your Air Source Heat Pump and receive up to $2,000 on eligible high-efficiency systems. Install an Air Source Heat Pump (Mini Split) and receive up to $1,000 on eligible high-efficiency systems. Replace your old natural gas furnace or boiler with an eligible ENERGY STAR model and you could qualify for a rebate of either $500 or $700 on a furnace, or $500 on a boiler.

We had a broken furnace and an old hot water tank. After calling numerous people Stan was the only reliable, knowledgeable, prompt and very patient too. The price was affordable compare to the others. He gave us the quotas is less than 24 hours. He gave us the best options, explained everything the equipment, the labour, warranties, rebate, parts and services. Everything was done in less than a week. The installation was clean, updated and up to code, he even put in a lot of extras for safety. Very professional, they handle all paperworks including rebate. I was extremely impressed the other guys

This team was polite and demonstrated great work ethic from the start. They were professional in both the job and the way they answered all of our questions. Had a central air conditioner installed at our home by DirectBuy folks. The sales, Dennis, was very quick to schedule an on-site evaluation and explained everything very well. Was told an eight-week wait might be required, but he managed to get an unit in 2 weeks. There was a slight change in the unit we got and Dennis was great to honor a discount to reflect the change.
Graham and Brajden professionally installed the unit in less than 5 hours. They were courteous, explained the installation steps clearly prior to starting. Would recommend these folks for your hvac needs.

My wife and searched around for a new hot water tank and called multiple companies. Direct Furnace was the one we decided to go with. They were quick, efficient and professional. Our hot water tank was replaced, garbage taken out and they also replaced a new faucet for us at the same time.

We had furnace issues Christmas Eve and Frank helped us get a temporary fix for Christmas Day and then had a technician, who was equally fantastic, come to our home on Boxing Day and resolve the issue. We had purchased a heat pump from Direct Buy a year ago and were thrilled with the service we received from Stan, all the way from the choice of which model to purchase, to the guys that installed the system. These people are comsumate professionals and I am ever so grateful for their help during the holidays. So thank you to Frank and his team. I would recommend Direct Buy to anyone!

Right from the first phone call, the service was excellent. Jenn was very informative and very kind. They were always in touch, gave me the option of three prices which has never happened before. When the serviceman was on his way, I got a text, I was able to pass the info on to my tenants so they could move their vehicle. My tenants said the serviceman was very clean and everything but a new hot water tank was left. They were given instructions of how long it would be till things would heat, and they were good to go. I own several rentals and I definitely would keep their name on file. Thanks

Nicolas serviced our furnace and gas fireplaces and did an awesome job. Super cleaned them. Two years ago I asked him to come and verify if I really needed a new furnace That’s what I was told by an other service company.
He verified everything an determined that we only needed to change a small part ($50) The furnace has been working flawlessly ever since.
Now I have him service the furnace and fireplaces once a year.

Thanks to Louie (?) and Ibrahim for their great work and friendliness. They bought covers to protect the carpets and worked with us on any requests.
As well, Jennie and Frank were great help with our hot water tank replacement.
Home Depot was unwilling to work with me for my warranty, but the team at DirectBuy got it resolved for us. Definitely recommend their services.

Direct Buy did a WONDERFUL job installing our new air conditioner and ductless system. Of course on install day one it was the hottest day of the year and on day two we had smokey sky’s. The team worked hard to get us up and running! I also liked that I got a text message when our crew was on their way so I could peel myself out of bed and greet them.
When Stan came for our quote he was very through and checked all the necessary spaces to ensure a smooth install. There were no delays and all the parts were in stock.

I had a salesman come and give an estimate for a heat exchanger. He gave me a good price and made me aware of some very generous government incentives. I arranged to go ahead and have it installed.
Two days before the scheduled appointment, he wrote that I had to also buy a new furnace for another $9000, but he could get me a good price.
I had lost my trust in the process.
