Hello,
My wife and I checked into Whistler Clock Tower in early May. As we were after hours we needed Whistler Sea to Sky security to let us in.
The security guard was exceptionally rude. He berated us regarding covid. He yelled at me to stand back when I was already at quite a distance. He kept emphasizing that the mountain was closed and why were we here. He asked me if I’d ever heard of Covid. When I forgot to write down my wife's name on the check in document, he askedme if I understood how contact tracing works. The whole time he was checking us in, he actually kept the opaque security

Last night on my way to work at 3:30am I was tailgated by one of the sea to sky security jeeps. I was doing the speed limit at 60km/hr and they proceeded to flash me with their high beams repetitively until I eventually turned down the street to my work. I was shocked to see they where in such an obvious company vehicle when they drove past. Pretty disappointed to see their employees behaving like this in a small town.

Beside responding to burglary and fire alarms working closely with the Fire department, Paramedic and the RCMP. They also respond to the Whistler Noise Bylaw complaints after 10 pm all over Whistler including 99% of the all Stratas so locals like tourists can enjoy Whistler at its maximum with quiet

My business has been so well looked after, we have used sea to sky for many year now and have not been disappointed - after our gym renovations there were some mix ups with the electricians and our security system wasn't set up properly by the electrician one call to sea to sky they came in and immediately fixed the issue - incredible customer service extremely prompt, thank you!

This company is responsible for giving timeshare holders access to their units for Vacation Internationale. They treated us so rudely and despite giving them 30 minutes notice of our arrival, they made us wait 60 minutes after 1am to simply let us through a door. Such disappointing service for Whistler resort.
