Absolutely great experience with Custom Window Designs!
We decided it was time to change our front door, and got in touch with Peter (the owner) and he immediately gave us a brochure to hand select the EXACT door frame and design as well as window shades. So many designs it was hard to pick just one:) Shortly after our order was placed Branislav (window installer) came over and took exact measurements.
Not long after we had the PERFECT door and window frames arrive and installed!!! BIG THANK YOU to Peter, Branislav, Sasha and the ENTIRE Custom Window Designs TEAM!!!

Pricing was on point or at least I thought, it is true you get what you pay for. The first day of install went relatively well, the second visit I guess the "B" team showed up, from dumpster diving for material to face frame my bay window and actually used MDF they found in my dumpster on exterior. About 7 months later I noticed water coming in the bay window sill, explained my concerns and why I felt it was leaking, the original install crew came by and took off the aluminum to expose the underneath, and yes to no surprise it was mouldy and wet and definitely the reason waster was coming inside

I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship, follow through and quality of the work supplied by Dave and Peter and his team for taking on a task to install a complicated window and replace all of the windows in my home. They are beautiful and most important function seamlessly! I was most impressed with their dedication and timliness. I would highly recommend them and would use them again for all of my projects!
