I called and was able to get a technician out on the same day. Marvin came and thawed our sump pump discharge pipe and was able to point out some issues with our sump pump quickly to get them resolved before they caused any damage. As new home owners, we signed up for the MVP and he explained everything.

So the septic tank pump quit inconveniently at 530pm on a Saturday. Called Browns and was quickly connected with after hours service and Marvin was on-site shortly after. Marvin asked questions and described a number of possible problems and solutions. The issue was quickly diagnosed and remedied with a new pump that he had in the van. By 9pm the kids could flush again! Signed up for Brown’s MVP service and already have heating and plumbing inspections planned for a few weeks from now. Have used Browns in the past and will be happy to use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Ryan did a fantastic job of looking at all the issues I wanted to discuss and not only showed me the problems, he showed how to prevent them in the future.
We bought this place (a 40 yo house) last year, so we don't know the history for the plumbing and sewage. With Ryan's help we now have a much better understanding of how it works and how to keep it working in the future.

Absolutely loved Ryan today at the Snack Shack. Had a great attitude and was able to work around employees dealing with a lunch rush while staying out of the way. I would recommend Ryan to anyone. Ryan was very professional. He shared quote options for exterior tap replacement and details of the maintenance membership. He answered my many questions regarding changing our bathroom faucets and replacing a main floor shower with a tub/shower combination. At no time I felt pressured to choose one option over another.
