We had Marshall Construction build the foundation to our modular home in Calmar. Although there was miscommunication about the elevation (we never had elevated drawings, I take the blame for this one), they did an amazing job. The footprint was 1563sq.tf with 6 different jog outs, when they placed the two pieces of the house on everything was perfectly square. There was one side out 1/4" that the modular company tried blaming on the foundation but I pointed out his building had a small bow to it causing it to be out..

I am a supervisor for this company. Marshall construction provides a superior product with great customer service. Can do everything from excavation, backfill, foundation, slabwork, to telebelt, gravel hauling, and even framing. Safety standards and environmental impact are huge priorities. This is a family based company that is a great place to work and is very competitive in the industry in regards to wages and employee benefits.
