In 1992, Wayne Casey decided to open his own business after several years working as a plumber. His attention to detail and skilled employees helped win over customers, and a short year later, Casey Mechanical Inc. was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Cornwall and Area Chamber of Commerce. These folks are great...helped us with a heating system for an addition suite and also did a fast emergency repair of the main heating system...quick response and onsite fast despite being swamped. And every onsite tradesman has been skilled and friendly, with good eyes for detail, and efficient without seeming rushed (even if they're super busy)

My hot water tank broke, so I called Casey Mechanical. I was very impressed with their service, as they were very helpful and very efficient to fix the problem. They also left the site extremely clean, they were very attentive to cleanliness. Hats off to Casey Mechanical and I would recommend them to anybody without hesitation!

We purchased a Carrier “Performance” 2-stage furnace and “Performance” 2-ton air conditioner 17.5 SEER. The sales rep, a former tradesman in the business, was knowledgeable in HVAC, answered all our questions thoroughly, and within the day, provided a written detailed quote, which we appreciated. We did our homework to select Carrier over other providers. We accepted our quote, and our two-day install was booked and completed, all within one week.

Last summer we bought a new house where the HVAC systems and plumbing had been installed by Casey Mechanical. As with any new build there were a few things that needed tweaking. We also had them install a blower in the fireplace and explain how to use an unfamiliar Venmar system. Each call was promptly answered and the issue dealt with satisfactorily. The staff are all pleasant and patient and their customer service rates a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this company.

Recently, my wife, who has major allergies, and I decided to get 3 quotes for a new Carrier Infinity gas furnace, an Infinity Carrier air conditioner and an Infinity Carrier air purifier. We decided to go with Casey Mechanical here in Cornwall. Their prices were competitive and their reputation is excellent. The owner Wayne came over to our house, explained everything. We found him to be knowledgeable and very courteous. Three days before our installation, our old A/C stopped working, pure coincidence, and it was 33C.
