We just had Atel Air in to install on On Demain hot water tank, and we are very happy with their work. Right from the intial quote they were very professional, the installers we also great and took good care to keep the place clean. They were all very friendly, and removed our old tank as well. They even surprised us with a gift basket after the work was done. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating and air conditioning.

Contacted Atel Air last week late at night for a quote, received an answer within 15 minutes. Great customer Service. Dwayne was here the next day to provide us a quote. Got our AC installed the next week, the two young gentlemen were very professional. I would recommend everyone for Atel Air. Their customer service is amazing.

I would highly recommend Atel Air to anyone. We needed to get our hot water tank replaced, and Dwayne (Sales) came to the house for a visit and quoted the same day. He was knowledgeable and gave us an honest quote. He explained the pros and cons and we ended up going with a Navien Tankless hot water system. They promoted the government rebate which made it more affordable. When the scheduled install date came the crew arrived on time, and they were very professional. Very happy with our new tankless water heater installed today. Dwayne provided us with quotes for various options and was very knowledgeable and provided us with all of the information we needed to make our decision. The install date was just a few days after giving Dwayne the go-ahead. Matt did the install and couldn’t have been better. Answered all of our questions, the install was very professional and clean. We have had excellent service from all the staff at ATEL Air since our geothermal heating/cooling system was installed by them in 2008. We have an ongoing service contract with ATEL Air that ensures our system is fully operational and reliable. It has never been down for any reason. We reside in a two story home and our previous central AC has caused us problems since the beginning. It struggled to cool the entire home (refrigerant leak) and the unit was VERY loud. Well, what a difference our ductless Mitsubishi unit has made! The temperature in our home is perfectly regulated to our needs (nice and cool especially in bedrooms… upstairs) and the sound is unnoticeable. Jimmie, Greg, Matt, Larry, and the rest of the team took really good care of us. We needed a new furnace, AC, and water heater (the furnace was 27 years old, the AC was 37 years old!). We also wanted to see what could be done about better air circulation in our home. We had Atel Air install a new On-Demand hot water system and a new air exchanger in our home this spring. The team did an amazing job on the installation, rerouting ductwork and pipes, leaving the furnace/utility room neater and tidier than ever. We’ve noticed that the quality of the air in the house has improved noticeably with the air… exchanger and that we can now fill up our oversized en-suite bathtub without running out of hot water!! Atel Air had installed the previous heat pump in the house I recently bought as they did the service on it for the last 15 years ever since it replaced the baseboard heaters, so I decided after meeting Jimmie that they could keep on servicing it for my family.
I met with Jimmie to discuss some possible work, he is very polite, listened to my thoughts and gave me a quote for what I wanted along with some additional recommendations. I also got their Gold maintenance plan to keep the old heat pump going which is why I had contacted Atel Air in the first place.
