We needed a lot of little things done, plus installation of a new hot water heater. Called late Monday (Wed was a holiday) they scheduled us for Thursday morning. Got a call at 8:04am Thursday morning telling me they were loaded and leaving the shop. In 2.5 hours, They unhooked an old seized washer, installed new taps, hooked up new washer, replaced an outdoor tap that had frozen, repaired leaky bathroom tap, installed new hot water heater then hauled out the old washer and hot water tank for us. Yes we are impressed. The lads doing the work were friendly & professional chatted for a minute planning

So they were hired to do a sewer pipe inspection at my house in order to determine if I needed to change the pipe. They came in with improper equipment which prevented the complete inspection. They charged me more than what had originally been verbally quoted to me ($466 vs $300) even though the job was incomplete. I ended up having to change the whole pipe ($7000) because their inspection was incomplete. They charged me $40 of interest on the invoice although they had never sent it to me. And they can testify to that. And to add insult to injury, they called me "unreasonable" for opposing the

Expensive - avoid for all small and medium jobs. I should have asked for prices up front (you should too!!) as the meter starts running the moment the tech starts loading his van at the shop. Also expect extra charges for any tools they may have to use. I called after to negotiate being nickel and dimed, but they were not interested in my repeat business. I probably could have saved over $100 going with someone else for equal work. At least their technicians know what they're doing, and they arrived the same day to fix our problem. I would only recommend if you have a huge job and a budget to match

Terrible customer service. We have dealt with them before and never been fully satisfied. However, they are the most readily available local handyman service. Nowadays, they refuse to make appointments.
A few days after we contacted them about a heating issue they called us back first thing in the morning saying that they were outside our apartment and wanted to be let in.
