He went above & beyond in not only checking that the hot water problem was addressed but also provided guidance on managing humidity & the smart-device being used for monitoring.

We had Climate Works in to perform warranty work on our furnace and the experience was exceptional as always! Easy booking, good communication and our technician, Alex, arrived on time and was fantastic to have working on our furnace. He was professional and detailed and went out of his way to ensure our system and set-up was better than original install! Very happy and very impressed with the level of service. We deal with Climate works for all our AC and heating needs and this latest visit just re-enforced this decision.

Amazing experience. The technicians who cleaned out our vents, HVAC, bathroom fans and dryer vent were friendly, kind, professional, courteous and made the experience extremely smooth. I was anxious about having people in my home but the technicians quickly put me at ease and were in and out before I knew it. Now the HVAC air is clear of scented products from previous tenants which I didn't tolerate and I can breath with ease again. Note I did forgo the disinfectant as it is scented. For anyone with scent allergies or intolerances, just let the staff know and they will be more than happy to skip

As the owner of a 7 year old Mitsubishi heat pump, I needed an organization for potential service calls. The original installation company had ceased business. My first approach was to contact a local Mitsubishi approved organization by phone and email. No Response.
I then found Climate Works and Tim responded immediately. Service has been provided by both James and Alex who are both detailed technicians.
The recent situation was serviced by Alex and during his investigation of the problem he found several problems from the initial installation that were not up to standard. Through diagnostics

We moved into our house just over a year ago and used Climate Works for a furnace maintenance, and to fix our gas fireplace and humidifier. Tim was kind to accommodate a tight schedule and quick to return my phone calls. Every time we had Alex as our technician and have been extremely happy with his service. He's very professional, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the issue(s). We will definitely ask for him next time.
