I recently contacted Simply for an emergency furnace repair. Their service was prompt and professional. My furnace was 19 years old so we discussed the need for a replacement. The install was scheduled within a week. They did a great job installing the furnace and new thermostat and even disposed of the old furnace for us. Absolute first class work. Claudio and John were great to deal with. The installation team was also excellent. The AC and furnace to were professionally installed, very efficiently and quickly after having been ordered. The work was done with care and the crew was very neat and tidy. It is clear that they take pride in their work. I have dealt with a number of HVAC contractors and these gentlemen are head and shoulders above the rest. I would highly recommend them in a heartbeat.

Very impressed with this company. After obtaining a number of quotes to replace our furnace, AC and hot water tank, Simply Heating was in the mid-range for price, but we had a good feeling that they were the ones to go with. They have been a pleasure to work with. Prompt and responsive to various inquiries before/after installation, thoughtful in explaining what we did/did not need for our HVAC overhaul, and very professional with the installation. The team that arrived for installation worked flat out from the moment they arrived, and had it all installed much more quickly than we anticipated

We purchased a replacement hot-water tank with installation from Lowe's. Lowe's arranged to have Simply Heating and Air Conditioning Ltd. (SHACL) perform the installation. From the very start, SHACL was responsive, competent and professional. Everyone we dealt with from the office staff arranging the bookings to the installation team were very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. They called when they said they would and showed up on time. The installation was fast and flawless, taking only an hour and half from start to finish. Our hot water tank busted early this morning, and after frantically draining and sopping up the puddles, I called Simply Heating. They sent someone to look at it within half an hour who gave us a reasonable quote for a replacement and said they could squeeze it in late afternoon - and then showed up early and had it swapped out in under two hours despite the first new tank they picked up from Lowe's being damaged. Great work, considerate of the house (laid down mats on our floors and stairs for protection), and cleaned up before leaving. Much appreciated.

Just had the furnace annual inspection last week, no issues. Tonight is the first cold night of the year - no heat. This is the second time the 2013 furnace has stopped working. The first time was in February (-20c). Our small children will have a chilly sleep tonight (down to 4 degrees) thanks to incompetent servicing. If anyone can recommend a decent furnace company it would be much appreciated. I’ll be looking for a new one at 9am tomorrow.

Arrived on time, work was performed between 7am - 3pm to remove and install new furnace, AC, and hot water tank. Great workmanship, and cared about the details. Addressed all our requests and questions during and post-install. All the new return-air duct and piping re-work was done to perfection. Meticulous post-install clean-up of work areas to ensure safety. Found them through Lowe's. After many quotes, the decision was clear to go with Simply Heating. The Team from Simply Heating arrived punctually as scheduled to install our new Carrier Furnace. They were polite, professional and very efficient in removing and installing the new furnace before noon. They protected the hardwood floors with runners and were careful not to damage anything when removing and bringing the new equipment through the house to the basement. The team of three were fast, clean, and willing to answer my questions, and explain things in a clear and concise manner. Post installation they promptly sent me additional warranty information via e-mail for future file reference

We went with Simply Heating to replace both our Furnace and A/C. From the initial quote to the installation, they were very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. John and his crew arrived on time for both appointments, and were super efficient with the removal and installation.
