My furnace was out on one of the coldest mornings in January.
I called J.C Robinson...they were able to get someone to my house in hours (even though I have no contract with their company) Caril came to my house was prompt and courteous ...and had my furnace online in less than an hour!!! Fantastic!

I called JC Robinson for a second opinion. I had reason to believe the other HVAC company that usually services my system was trying to con me into buying an entirely new unit after an inadequate triage of the problem with my current furnace (which was only 10yrs old).
JCR sent Kyle to inspect my furnace and he was able to quickly identify the problem through his rigorous and transparent system inspection. I knew within a few minutes that i was in good hands and would be able to avoid the costs of a new unit for significantly smaller bill in labor and parts.
I highly recommend anyone currently

The technician was very friendly and professional. When I asked him if my furnace needed to be replaced, he was honest and said it was working perfectly fine. He could have tried to upsell me on something I didn't need but he didn't. I was very impressed with their customer-first approach.

We just had our annual furnace inspection, as per the service contract, and everything went as nicely as possible. #1, the technician showed up precisely as planned, and #2 knew precisely what he was doing. Besides that, he was pleasant and thorough, and explained details of the function of various parts of the furnace to set my worries aside. This company supplied and installed the furnace a couple years ago, and every step of the way has been, honestly, just perfect. Thanks very much for your work, JC. Robinson and Sons! Our A/C was non-functional because of leaking refrigerant and I got several quotes. I went with JC Robinson after they were recommended to me by a co-worker and found Mike who I talked to to be knowledgeable, patient and honest. He didn't try and sell more to me than what was needed, which I really appreciated since there were some other unexpected expenses to the house during the same period. Without going into too much detail, our basement layout made the A/C installation a bit difficult, but things were figured out and balanced in such a way that it didn't cost more than the initial estimate

We wanted to acknowledge Courtney's assistance, advice and quick turnaround last Friday. After waiting nearly two weeks for another company to address our broken a/c, a quick call to J.C. Robinson for a second opinion resulted in the unit being fixed within two hours and saved us from needing to replace the air handling unit (as was suggested by the other company).
Kiril was able to fix the issue almost immediately upon arrival. He was very helpful, friendly and professional and followed up later in the evening to ensure everything was still working accordingly.

We had our Air Conditioning unit serviced today. The service tech Sameer was very professional and courteous. Covid safety precaution were always followed and he did not try and sell any additional services.
He advised me the units dual capacitor was marginal but still within specifications. I opted to have it changed and there was no pressure on his part to do the work at this time. I was only charged for the part no additional labour.
I would have given a 5 star rating but our original service date was pushed back two weeks when there was a early heat wave. I understand that people without

Good, prompt service is hard to find; Especially when you are new to the area like we are. We called J C Robinson & Sons because our furnace stopped working and we saw their sticker on our furnace. Lucky for us, Paul showed up and promptly fixed our problems. He was very friendly and explained everything. Thank you, Paul.

Absolutely a joke, had a part replaced today, the guy came in looked in over (Took 10 minutes) had to go back to the shop to get the part, (10 minutes away) I googled from my address to theirs. Comes back replaces the part was here for another 15 minutes. Charges me $370 for labour, and $100 for the part (Not 89.95 or 79.75 but exactly $100, what a joke, will never use nor recommend this company again, thanks for getting the heat back on, I do appreciated that, but seriously $530 for a total of 30 minutes max and a supposedly $100 part.
