Very good service! Needed furnace maintenance as it's getting cold and was pleased with the patience and professionalism of their service technician (Jim). He followed all covid-19 protocols and provided me with useful info to help keep the unit in great condition and avoid issues down the road.

I moved in to my new house in the winter and began shopping for a new air conditioning unit. JC Robinson was quite competitively priced, and offered warranties for parts and labour. The staff was extremely pleasant and easy to get along with and made the experience totally stress free. Called the emergency after hours number because it's -9 and the furnace isn't working. The technician called us back and suggested that we use our gas fireplace, open the oven for heat and call back the next day.
A working, safe furnace isn't something that you want to skimp on...I don't want to single anyone out, but this experience completely disgusted me.

I recently had a very positive experience with J.C. Robinson. The central air was not working at my home. An independent technician told me that the problem was with the furnace fan motor. He offered to replace for $800. I decided to get a second opinion from J.C. Robinson. I had had no previous dealings with this company. I basically picked their name out of the phone book. They sent a technician named Sameer to my home on the same day I placed my call to them. Sameer quickly identified the problem.
