The staff arrived at the expected time for a new furnace install and everything was completed by noon hour and tested and working. The unit was ordered a few weeks ago and due to holiday time for me it was installed after my return. The admin staff Cynthia and the installers Brad and several others were very professional and worked fast to remove and set up the new unit. I would be glad to recommend their work and have been well pleased with the service in an emergency as well. The quote for the new install was very comprehensive and immediately provided with options and detail as well as repair

The whole team is professional, efficient, knowledgeable and they genuinely care about the quality of customer service they deliver. Phone calls were responded to quickly, the install team put drop cloths down when they came in the house, minor install issues were resolved same day and personal instruction on using the new thermostat was appreciated!

My less than a year old air conditioner failed to run in the spring. I called Hometown Heating Inc and they came the same day. The tech was friendly and efficient and diagnosed the problem (a refrigerant leak) by isolating the outside system from the inside system. He said he had to wait until the next day to see what side was leaking as the leak was very slow and undetectable with the leak detector. True to his word, he was back the next day. He repaired the leak, refilled the refrigerant and verified that the air conditioner was working properly.
