So we just moved into a house that has a wood burning stove and we called Fireplaces Unlimited to come out and clean the chimney and stove. Kevin and Pat came out exactly on time and hearing that this was my first house with a wood stove, took the time to educate me and carefully explain everything they were doing and what was going on with our stove. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and understanding along with their efficiency and great service!

The technicians that installed our fireplace were outstanding. They arrived on time, and worked efficiently. They took great care in our home; putting drop-sheets down before beginning. Once installed, the guys explained the features of the new fireplace and gave me an explanation of how to use the remote. We are very satisfied customers!

Both Kevin and Pat came out to our house because we were having issues with our wood stove creating too much smoke inside the house. They fixed it all up beautifully, we’re very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I don’t write many reviews but these two deserve a lot of credit; amazing service like what they provided is hard to come by nowadays!!

Very impressed with Aaron and Scott. They were extremely polite, tidy, informative and knowledgeable. The work was completed to perfection. They identified issues from a previous install from another company and went above and beyond to address and fix the issues. Discussion and instruction at the end of the installation was very helpful and appreciated. Highly recommend them.

We were extremely pleased with the service that we received. Kevin did a fabulous job on our gas fireplace that had not been cleaned since it was installed 17 years ago. The only suggestion I would make is that customers should be given a call if the timing is going to change because of jobs that may be taking longer due to unforeseen circumstances. We would highly recommend Fireplaces Unlimited and Kevin, our technician. Thank you.

I recently purchased an electric insert for our old wood burning fireplace that hadn't been used in 30 years. I called or dropped into several local places who were willing to sell me a fireplace but not help… me get it installed.Some places just never called me back or said they were too busy. Or tried to sell me a propane insert. I didn't want it for the heat, I have an efficient propane furnace, I wanted the ambience of a fireplace. When I walked in Fireplaces unlimited, I was greeted quickly and told they had just what I was looking for. No complicated excuses. They even had the name

Aaron and Chris were great to work with! They were very knowledgeable and dependable installing our pellet stove. They were both and very polite and respectful during their visit . They took the time to make sure we understood the operation of our pellet stove and ensured any questions we had were answered before they left. When there was a issue with one of the parts they quickly resolved the situation that day. It was a real pleasure to have them take care of our installation!

After shopping around for a pellet stove, we appreciated the pricing, customer service & knowledge of Rodney (in sales) at Fireplaces Unlimited. Installation was quick and easy (from a spectator point of view). Unfortunately, the guys had to return and deal with our (former woodstove) chimney issues. They were fabulous - worked hard to make sure we had absolutely NOTHING to WORRY about. Their clean up was also impressive. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and REALLY GREAT service! Jeff S. serviced our 2 fireplaces and furnace and did a very good job. He was friendly and courteous and worked efficiently to complete the job. He provided timely information on a defective part on our furnace and sent the information to have the part replaced.
