I was referred to Toschack Service and Maintenance Corp by Jason Gravel our Home Inspector and I am so glad I made the call to this company. I originally hired another company back in April but when they could not complete the job in a timely fashion, I called ToShack and spoke with Paul who is an amazing,. helpful and knowledgeable person. Paul came to our house and took pictures, explained our options and was was so helpful for us to make our decision on which gas furnace we should have installed. Had a new fireplace and AC unit installed by them. Ended up having problems with both. Called them to inspect both since this is a warranty issue. They came to look at fireplace and said all is fine then sent a bill for a service call. The fireplace was not fine. The fireplace manufacturer suggested I call two other certified companies to get their opinion on the installation. It was installed incorrectly as per 2 other companies and one of them put a red tag on it due to improper gas pipe installation (not per code). I had to spend close to $2000 to remedy this issue. We recently had a furnace , air conditioner and hot water tank installed by Toshack.
Everyone from the receptionist to the installation crew were polite, professional and helpful. They were on time and efficient. We were very pleased with Toshack's service and will use them again without question and recommend them to everyone.

On December 30th our daughter urgently required a plumber to assist her with a leaky backup sump pump. It was 10:15 pm when we began calling plumbers to assist her. Toshack was our eigth call. They told us up front that there was an after hours service call. They immediately got a plumber to return our call. He was at our daughters house within the… hour and had sealed off the necessary leaks within a half hour. Will was courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to assist us when the driving conditions were less than ideal. We would highly recommend Toshack!

We had Sure Fire/Toshack install our tankless water heater when we moved into our home, so when we had a issue with our furnace we called them in Aug 17. $111.00 and all seemed good. Then when Union Gas visited us for their gas issue, they told us to have our furnace look at as it was making noise in Dec 17. We called Toshack to come back to fix… it. We got a bill for $158.20 and the technician said there was nothing wrong with it and the sound at start up is normal. When we called to speak to Toshack about the amount of the bill (our credit card was not charged yet) as we felt it was high

Great Company to purchase from. They were very friendly, came to our home and explained in English the options we had to choose from. We had our oil furnace and hot water tank changed to propane. They were in and out in a day, clean up after the work and took our old oil tank away. They made the change super easy and stress free. Nice to have for a change!🎉😀🎉
