Very reliable and professional group of people. Michelle is always helpful and infromed and our tech, Jordan, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Used them a couple of years ago for the first time as I was trying to solve an issue my previous supplier could not solve. It turned out to be a minor fix and since then they have all our business. Thank you TRS ,the messaging system to keep you informed is very cool and conveniient too

TRS has been a wonderful company to do business with. We have had a couple of problems recently and they have always been available to do whatever was necessary as soon as possible. The young woman who answers the phone is extremely helpful and polite.

Today, we had the annual maintenance service performed on our furnace and HRV by Mr. Cody Fitzpatrick, TRS technician. Cody attended our home at 8:30am promptly. He performed all of the requisite service in an efficient and effective manner explaining all that he was doing as he went about his business. All of our questions were answered in a most satisfactory manner and we were most impressed with the professionalism exemplified by Cody. Well done Cody and TRS!!!

Young Cody was courteous, polite very knowledgeable and generally on the ball... Diagnosed our problem in minutes...
After 12 years in the Brockville area ,this is the very first company to supply great service with no Bull and at a reasonable price...
I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone needing heating and a/c repairs...
