We just finished an extensive addition on our home(New master, walk-in and master-bath). Martin and his team were awesome to deal with. Martin gave us recommendations on what would be the best heating/cooling system as we were looking for efficient yet functional. We are really happy with the products. We also had Martin's team install all the plumbing.
Francis was supper courteous and professional, he is a great asset to the Bertrand team.

Office receptionists was very polite and helpful. The plumber who came to disconnect the Water softener assembly was pleasant, and professional. He told me exactly what and how he was going to do the job. Also he was going to check to see if some younger guys from Bertrand would be able to come and remove the equipment. Outstanding!

Bertrand Plumbing & Heating was recommended to us by our next-door neighbour. We had some problems with our heating system (previous owners had left no manuals!). We called Bertrand. They responded quickly. Our repair person was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond what was required. The bill was extremely fair. We have had folks from Bertrand for a couple of other problems and have been extremely satisfied with both the services and their cost. We shall continue with them as our "go to" people for any similar problems that may occur.

I received services for a high priority need within 24 hours. The booking agent understood the need, acted promptly, and retained an appointment. The expectations from my end were well communicated. The technician showed up within the window of time indicated. The service was clean, a executed within 1.5 hours. The area of concern was found and repaired promptly. The areas were kept clean and a thorough clean up was performed afterward. The technician provided insight for prevention going forward. I cannot comment on the service charge as I have not received anything yet.
