After finding out we needed a new furnace and AC unit, Amy was quick to answer our questions and get us in touch with Jim to figure out our options and what we actually needed for our home. Currently rent a hot water tank from Vista Credit Services, but under contract to be serviced by Ottawa HVAC. Tank cracked and failed while still under warranty and now being told that Ottawa HVAC is no longer able to replace within a reasonable timeframe (>2 weeks before replacement possible). While I understand that this is an independent company from Vista credit services, I am disappointed that I'm being left without hot water indefinitely until another company can be found.

Found my new HVAC guys. Air conditioner wasn't working so I called Ottawa HVAC Inc. They gave me a time the technician would be here for SAME DAY service. Raymond was friendly and professional and followed COVID-19 precautions. He explained the problem, replaced the part, checked everything over to make sure everything was in good order and was on his way. I know nothing about air conditioners. He could have run up a bill for anything and I would not have had a clue. Instead, $150 for labour and $75 for the part and my air conditioner is running great! So very happy with this company.

We absolutely were blown away with how well our new furnace purchase unfolded. We looked around and got multiple estimates. Ottawa HVAC was very competitive and we chose them. So happy we did!
When they arrived to install our furnace, they took great care to lay down mats to the basement to ensure no footprints or dirt. Then they removed the old furnace and installed our new one. Great attention to detail, excellent work and they gladly answered all our questions. They even took the time to explain how our new thermostat worked and helped us set it up. Great value, an even better experience. Thanks

Needed to have our furnace, washer and dryer inspected after a basement flood. Ottawa HVAC was quick to coordinate someone to come out. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and pleasant. Best of all, the scheduled an appointment time, so I didn't have to black out half a day for the inspection.

Excellent service, clean and they take the time to explain things to you! Very professional and they stay within budget. They clearly identify every thing that has been checked out, the condition it was found in and if something needs to be repaired. Very client service oriented.
